SoftAge has about nine thousand employees. One of the events that the SoftAge family looks forward to is the company’s annual meet which is like a SoftAge family festival where we celebrate the achievements together. Reward and recognition program is also incorporated in it. Employees are appreciated and awarded for their good and exemplary services to the organization. The rewards range from medals and certificates to motorbikes and cars. The recipients of these awards could be anyone from the most junior executive punching data and scanning images to the globetrotting executive.
These meets has helped in strengthening the bond among the employees and the management. The management takes this opportunity to mingle and bond with the employees of all strata. The Annual Meets of SoftAge is another example of unity in diversity as the attendees are employees of SoftAge from length and breadth of the country, from metro cities to some remote town of the country and from every nook and corner of India.
All the trainings are conducted for employees to achieve the organizational goals as well as their individual goals. It helps in improving upon the quality of work and work-life.
