When we talk about Corporate Social Responsibility, SoftAge has taken its first step and is working on mentally deranged, unstable children through SoftAge Foundation. The company donates one paisa per document processed to SoftAge Foundation. At the moment the foundation is focusing on children and relatives of the employees which give an impression of employee-centric charity organization. It believes that if it can impact even nine thousand families in a direct way, it has made its mark on the society as a philanthropic organization. SoftAge Foundation offers the promise of a better tomorrow.

Rural Employment

Promoters of the company had a simple straightforward vision, a simple vision to be self-employed and to create employment at the grass root level for the rustic masses and began with the idea of linking rural youth to job opportunities in SoftAge. Employment is generated through the document verification – digitization - archival - retrieval process and is given in the home town itself which also benefits in other ways as discouraging migration and overcrowding in metro cities. In future SoftAge, plans to take step forward, by establishing rural BPO’s and institutes where document management courses could be conducted in order to create large scale employment for the rural youth and to develop trained human resource for organization and for others as well.

Environmental Awareness

At SoftAge, we make sure that our actions have a positive impact on society and the environment. This is a huge responsibility. The best way to share our earth resources is to reduce our dependency on them. As a Document management company, in our processes we use Recycled cartons to store documents in our warehouses and paper envelopes instead of plastic envelopes thus taking steps towards creating eco friendly environment.
