Fahmida Ozair, presently the CEO and co founder of the company, possesses a keen sense of judgment and decisive skills, is the strategy builder. She also takes care that the policies and strategies formulated are implemented in the organization.
From a six person enterprise to nearly 9,000 employee workforce organisation, spread pan India, SoftAge has been able to retain its talent over the years, which has definitely contributed in growth of the organization. Her initiatives of imbibing a work culture, proper hierarchical structure, good compensation packages, recognition and promotion of talent from within, opportunity for all, reward & promotion of talent at all levels and various training and workshops for the development of employees has, naturally, resulted in talent retention.

Ozair Yasin - Managing Director
Ozair Yasin, presently the Managing Director of the company, is the man behind the business transformation at SoftAge. He brings with him 25 years of IT industry experience.
Central to all work in document processing is SoftAge’s unique document management process. It is a highly efficient process that operates on the document data flow right from the point-of-collection to the warehouse, including verification, audit, scanning, data entry, data storage and retrieval. It is a process custom-designed for each client. The process is initially frame worked by him and evolves over time to increase efficiency, security and reduced costs. His expertise lies in the ability to create such processes to handle gigantic number of documents.
USP at SoftAge is, given any custom requirement of any client, highly efficient, scalable and secure processes with a not very high cost could be created. To back this up, there is a large team of experienced, motivated and hard-working employees who successfully carry out the algorithm of the process.
